We grant a 3 year guarantee on all of our clocks except:

During this time, we will deal with any defects arising from faulty material or workmanship. All costs for material and labour are covered by us. Damages resulting from improper treatment, loss of the pendulum, weights or other small parts which are misplaced or accidentally thrown away with the packaging-all of these are not covered by this guarantee.

There can be no claim for alteration, reduced price or refund. No claims for compensation of an indirect or direct defect can be accepted. Any additional costs will not be refunded.
Transport damage during direct shipment is insured.

In case of a problem covered by our guarantee, please proceed as explained below.

Inside of Germany:
In the case of a warranty or damage of shipping damages (This damage must be documented by photos, including the packaging) please contact us by telephone 07722-5274 or e-Mail: info@schwarzwalduhr.de here in Germany and explain the problem. We will first try to provide you telephone or e-mail assistance. This is not possible, send the Clock with the exact error terms, excluding all accessories (weights, wood paper, pendulum and all other parts you can hold) to our home address in Germany. Or visit us direct.
Please follow the packing instructions. Our service area will decide whether the damage constitutes a warranty claim.
Shipping costs are not covered, even for the return shipping.
Unpaid Submissions will be not accepted!
